About the role This role contributes to the success of the City by providing a warm and professional welcome to the community who use the Mathers House facility whilst ensuring the day-to-day operational functions are administered effectively.
Role accountabilities include: Coordinate and support the delivery and development of projects, programs and events of the Positive Ageing program across Mathers and Criterion Houses.Work collaboratively as part of the Positive Ageing team to ensure effective delivery of programs, projects and events.Support the Mathers House dining program and Mathers Place activities including launches and other events.
We are looking for a passionate and community-focused individual with experience in community sector projects.
You will have strong administrative and financial management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Physical fitness and the ability to manage manual tasks are essential, along with a commitment to organisational values and behavioural standards.
