Program Development Officer

This role plays a crucial part in the success of our community by providing a welcoming and professional experience to users of the Mathers House facility, while ensuring the effective administration of day-to-day operational functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery and development of projects, programs, and events across Mathers and Criterion Houses as part of the Positive Ageing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the delivery and development of projects, programs, and events within the Positive Ageing program.
- Collaborate with the Positive Ageing team to ensure the effective delivery of programs, projects, and events.
- Support the dining program at Mathers House and activities at Mathers Place, including launches and other events.
We are seeking a passionate and community-focused individual with experience in community sector projects.
- Strong administrative and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to manage manual tasks.
