**The Role**:

- Our client is a reputable E-Commerce organisation on the lookout for a Permanent Insights Manager to sit between the business and Data team to help discover Insights for the business to action on.
- You will be hands on and have two reports, with growth going into next year

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Leading the Insights team and work closely with the
business, providing analyses and actionable insights to
assist in developing and executing their roadmap
- Defining with them both strategic and operational metrics
and ensure they are accurately tracked
- Defining, prioritizing and executing a wide range of analysis
- Supporting and empowering those teams with
recommendations based on data
- Leveraging large amount of customer and transactional
data and champion insights to key stakeholders
- Partnering with their Data Engineering team to design and
implement data models and automated dashboards for
the business

**About You**:

- 5+ years' of experience with turning raw data into
actionable, value-adding insights and recommendations,
with a proven track record of success
- 1+ year managing a team
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability
to overlay commercial acumen to develop insights and
recommendations
- Strong SQL expertise and Dashboarding
- Tableau is nice to have
- ECommerce or Management Consulting experience is also a nice to have
