**About the role**

Origin Energy is looking for an experienced and innovative Coordinator - HSE Management System to join our HSE team. This 13 month contracting role is pivotal in ensuring that our HSE Management System continues to be fit for purpose, supports us to meet regulatory requirements and company standards whilst also enabling us to achieve our business strategy and growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Integrate new technologies and best practices to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the HSE Management System.
- Facilitate consultation processes, assess impact on stakeholders, and drive engagement on HSE systems.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance and accessibility of key HSE documents and tools and support the management of HSE content and systems.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on training initiatives and HSE programs to ensure end users are competent in the use of the management system
- Collect, analyse and report on statistical information to track progress, identify trends and recommend improvements.

**What will you bring?**
- A Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Information Management, or a related field.
- Document Dynamo: Your innovative approach to systems thinking combined with hands-on experience creating, editing and managing documents within a HSE context will set you apart.
- Experience with document management software,Microsoft Office and tools like OpenText.SharePoint and TeamBinder.
- Excellent time management and ability to stay organised.
- Thrive on connecting with people across the business, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
