About the Role
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations overnight. You will lead and support the night team, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety, resolving guest concerns and preparing for the day ahead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all overnight hotel operations.
Provide professional and personalised guest service.
Resolve guest concerns efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational procedures.
Support and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
What We're Looking For
Previous leadership experience in Front Office or hotel operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
