**About the Role**

As a Sommelier, you will oversee the daily operations of the wine team in our stunning at Altitude. You'll be responsible for delivering top-tier wine knowledge, maintaining an impeccable standard of service, and collaborating with both kitchen and service teams to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. From pre-shift briefings to wine pairings, your expertise and leadership will elevate the entire dining experience.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
