**Job description**

Located in Matraville and operating from our new commercial kitchen, Botany Bites Catering Catering is focused on growth, and development and solidifying its position as a leading provider of School Lunch Delivery service and Corporate Catering. We are looking for an experienced Canteen Manager. We want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of kitchen operations, and order processing.

**As Canteen Manager, your role will involve;**
- Accurate processing of daily orders to ensure production schedules are met
- Following procedures to ensure delivery time frames are met
- Manage and train staff
- Hands on in assisting with the making and preparing of food, as required
- Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

Essential to this position is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be a great communicator and be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. Must have a great attention to detail.

**Job Benefits & Perks**:

- Family-friendly working hours. Monday to Friday. (Aproximately 45 hours) Kitchen runs from 6am - 2.30pm. No work during school holidays, evenings, weekends.
