We are seeking a Platform Lead to take ownership of our integration and application landscape, driving technical direction while solving complex cloud and integration challenges.This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem solving and leadership where you can influence architecture at scale while mentoring others and staying close to the code.What you'll do : Lead the design, development, and optimisation of our integration platform and core applicationsWork hands-on with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Cosmos DB and other cloud servicesDefine and implement modern integration patterns (synchronous / asynchronous, pub / sub, request / response)Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions using microservices and event-driven architecturesMentor engineers, set technical standards, and guide best practicesPartner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform initiativesTroubleshoot and design solutions for complex integration challengesWhat you bring : Strong technical expertise in Azure services and cloud-native architectureExperience applying integration design patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, loose coupling, idempotency)Hands-on background in microservices, APIs, and event-driven systemsProven ability to integrate legacy on-premises systems with cloud platformsProficiency in modern development stacks (C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar)Solid CI / CD, DevOps, and containerisation skills (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skillsWhy you'll love it here : A chance to step up into leadership while staying technical, or to take on a new challenge if you're already a leadDocklands location with 3-4 days per week in the office for collaborationOwnership of a platform that underpins critical business systemsA culture that values initiative, technical excellence, and outcome-driven deliverySummary : This is the ideal next move for a senior developer ready to lead or a current lead looking to take on a bigger challenge.
