Strategic EPM Platform Lead

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the Oracle EPM platform across all Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and own the EPM product functionality and feature roadmap.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of EPM solutions.
- Monitor business outcomes and user satisfaction.
- Oversee Finance lead for business case creation for transformation funding into Oracle EPM modules.
- Lead Finance functional team for Oracle EPM transformation projects.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs and System Accountants/Business Analysts to shape functional requirements.
- Lead backlog grooming and governance forums with finance stakeholders.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value.
- Work with Finance stakeholders to prioritise fixes and coordinate cross-team resolution efforts where required on system issues.
- Collaborate with Digital to design interim workarounds, manage communications and issuance to teams.
