Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize the capabilities of Salesforce, delivering effective solutions that promote growth and efficiency.
  • Implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform, considering broader organizational interests when designing and deploying solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Data and Insight team members, and developers of other systems to integrate solutions across the business.

Core Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Bitbucket source repository, Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements
