Job Title: Enterprise Salesforce Solution Designer Lead the development of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Utilize expert knowledge of Salesforce best practices to design, deliver, and govern complex enterprise systems. Main Responsibilities: 
  • Architect end-to-end solution for large-scale Salesforce programs.
  • Translate business requirements into high-performance, scalable solutions using Salesforce native features.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and define system and application architecture for platform governance and performance optimization.
  • Analyze platform options and recommend Salesforce-native solutions.
 Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect with deep understanding of platform design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions.
  • Able to perform platform option analysis and recommend scalable alternatives.
 Mentor delivery teams and support technical up-skilling across engagements. Shape solution proposals, define architecture scope, and estimate effort during pre-sales and discovery phases. Ensure effective integration with external systems through APIs, middleware platforms, and secure data models.
