Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

  • This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and drive the technical execution of Salesforce development within the broader platform strategy.">

The role exists to provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce technical specialists, across multiple clouds. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.">
  • Collaborating with other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.">
  • Enabling other teams to deliver features and value to end-users and customers while adhering to platform best practices.">
  • Overseeing code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.">
  • Working with the Salesforce Architect to develop guidelines, principles, and patterns and ensuring adherence.">

Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing integrations with other enterprise systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all technical designs and configurations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. They will also have a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, as well as experience in recruiting.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications, experience with Agile development methodologies, and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines related to Salesforce are highly desirable.
