In 2023, we expanded into Australia. With demand for our solutions growing rapidly, we're now looking for our first Software Implementation Consultant in Sydney — a rare opportunity to make your mark in a new market and shape the way organisations leverage our technology.
Until now, our UK-based consultants have been flying to Sydney or working remotely to lead implementations, working closely with local partners to deliver the exceptional results we're known for. With a strong pipeline of work, we're ready to build a dedicated presence in the region — starting with you.
The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering Connect, our Job Order Management solution, to clients across Australia. You'll work closely with teams in both the UK and Australia, guiding organisations from first consultation to full deployment, shaping how they streamline operations and maximise the impact of Totalmobile's FSM technology.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and energy to the table. Ideally, you'll have:
At least a 3rd-level qualification in ICT (or a related discipline)
At least three years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role
Hands-on experience configuring and rolling out Job Management or Scheduling solutions, in either commercial or public sector environments
Experience guiding a project from discovery through go-live, including uncovering business processes, shaping solutions, configuring workflows, training end-users, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth launch
Strong listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs into practical configurations that deliver value
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain business terms
Comfort with MS SQL Server (including writing queries) and familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS
You thrive in dynamic environments, whether working independently or as part of a fast-moving project team, and you are motivated by making a real impact.
