The Role

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering Connect, our Job Order Management solution, to clients across Australia. Working closely with teams in both the UK and Australia, you'll guide organisations from first consultation to full deployment, shaping how they streamline operations and maximise the impact of Totalmobile's market-leading FSM technology.

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and energy to the table. Ideally, you'll have a
3rd-level qualification in ICT (or a related discipline)
and
at least three years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role
. You'll have
hands-on experience configuring and rolling out Job Management or Scheduling solutions
, whether in the commercial world or the public sector, and you'll know what it takes to guide a project from discovery right through to go-live. From
uncovering business processes and shaping solutions, to configuring workflows, training end-users, supporting UAT,
and making sure everything runs smoothly at launch —
you're confident in every stage of delivery
.

ability to listen to customers
, understand their challenges, and translate those needs into effective, practical configurations that deliver real value. You're
a natural communicator who can explain technical concepts
in plain business terms, building trust and confidence along the way. On the technical side, you're comfortable working with
MS SQL Server
(including writing queries and handling data) and familiar with reporting tools like
SSRS
. Whether working independently or as part of a fast-moving project team, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy making a real impact.
