**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an exceptional People & Performance Business Partner to help support our business and high performing teams. Reporting to the Group People & Training Officer and working within a small, dedicated team with a national remit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Stratco and delivering high-value, consistent and reliable HR solutions.

Your role will involve working closely with various teams across the organisation to understand their needs, provide guidance on HR matters, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction. You'll also be instrumental in driving HR best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish and maintain a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions nationally.
- Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
- Support a range of HR related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion.
- Identify areas for performance improvement and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing individual team effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Relevant HR qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience supporting performance management processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Flexible and open minded with innovative solution development.
