We are currently working with a well-established not-for-profit that supports older people and their families.An opportunity is available for an Aged Care Manager, a clinical leader with a passion for person-centred care, to lead aged care services with innovation, compassion, and operational excellence.
This senior role oversees nursing services, ensuring high-quality care that meets the Aged Care Act 2024, professional standards, and the organisation's commitment to safety and dignity.Key Responsibilities :Provide an exemplary level of care and service to the resident community through strong leadership and managementOversee all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performanceRespond effectively and efficiently to human resource issues, client complaints, and incidentsEnsure the efficient operational and financial management of the residential care homePrerequisites required for the role :AHPRA Registered Nurse Division 1 essentialStrong management and innovative leadership skillsProven record of leadership in multidisciplinary settings with the ability to guide clinical teams effectivelyAbility to foster a values-driven, high-performing team culture with a focus on employee wellbeing and engagementStrong understanding of aged care and compliance regulationsExcellent analytical and communication skills—both verbal and writtenMinimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in a leadership/management role in aged careThis is a full-time, permanent role offering a highly competitive remuneration package, including salary packaging.
