Our Canberra based multi franchised new car dealership client is seeking to employ a Group Business Manager to manage all F & I functions for 7 brands on 2 sites. The dealership is part of a larger group and is an area landmark operation in Canberra. The dealership is closed on Sundays and an 11 day fortnight roster applies. 5 Business Managers with varying levels of experience report to this position.

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience gained as a business manager in a franchised new car dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing and people handling skills, be able to manage and motivate staff and have the drive and energy to maximise every opportunity.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $75k, super, Commission structure and choice of a car or a car allowance.
