As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our group reservation process. Your expertise will be crucial in managing all aspects of group bookings, guaranteeing accurate coordination and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all group bookings exceeding 10 rooms, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
  • Expertly handle Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) group blocks, maintaining precise inventory control, timely payments, and meticulous setup.
  • Respond promptly to all group inquiries via email or phone, providing unparalleled customer service and support.
  • Timely input group reservations and relevant data for upcoming 3-month periods, upholding high standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate group details internally, including prepayments, routing, vouchers, and special requests, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare comprehensive group movement sheets and conduct informative briefings for hotel stakeholders, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Monitor hotel inventory and track business wash for group bookings, making informed decisions to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate insightful reports and 3-month forecasts, providing valuable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of group payments, cancellations, and rooming lists, upholding high standards of financial management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems and reservation documentation, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary, and providing solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure VIP and complimentary room night procedures are adhered to, upholding Accor brand standards and excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships with PCOs, travel agents, and other partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Meet departmental performance benchmarks, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
