Collaborative Culture: Join a vibrant team that fosters creativity and collaboration, where every voice is valued and innovation thrives.We are seeking people who:Previous experience (Minimum 10years) as a Project Manager in Civil Infrastructure, Construction or Mining/Resource projects.Recognised Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.Have an eye for detail and take pride in their work.Previous experience in hard dollar contracting, structural concrete and civil worksProven commercial experience in forecasting and budget management, EOM processes and cost tracking skills.Ideally live locally in Gladstone, however DIDO/FIFO may be considered for the right applicant on a 10/4 Roster.Sound communication and interpersonal skills, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.Responsibilities:Consult with Aestec ManagementDevelop project programs and execution plans including start up planning, programming and managing short and medium-term construction planning.Build and maintain Client relationships by ensuring requirements and expectations of Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget and Contract Administration are metManage compliance in line with relevant legislations, regulations and standardsCoordinate employees, sub-contractors, materials and machinery according to program and budgetIncident investigations with timely reportingManagement of the project quality assurance deliverablesOversee performance improvement processesProtecting the interests of the company with your expert skillsetsMonitoring on-site resources, materials, supplier deliveries, and construction progress in collaboration with site supervisors.Browse through what's happening in the wonderful world of everything Aestec
