Job Title: Construction Coordinator

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Construction Coordinator to support their operations in Brentwood, TN. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Department Support: Ensure seamless departmental operations by implementing standard procedures, maintaining accurate files, and generating timely financial reports.
  • Coordinate Project Activities: Store, purge, and manage construction documents according to document retention policies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile financial and administrative documents.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Coordinate and track vendor proposals, invoices, pay applications, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Ensure Timely Processing: Process and pay invoices and pay applications in a timely manner. Maintain open communication with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of related business experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or a related field (preferred). Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
