Project Facilitator

Expertise in civil construction industry services includes mining, construction, building, gas and industrial sectors.

We seek an experienced Project Coordinator to manage our Gladstone Region projects. The role is accountable for successful project outcomes through effective management of the project team, managing program schedule, risk, safety, operations and resources associated with project deliverables.

The Project Coordinator will work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes while maintaining a safe and productive culture, having a positive impact on the community.

Travel and work on various project sites to support successful project delivery and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry recognised qualification in project management or equivalent
• Experience in civil engineering and project coordination
• Knowledge of the civil construction industry and current projects
• Experience in a civil based business
• Experience in reinforced concrete structures
• Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience in coordinating labour, resources and procurement
• Highly effective in negotiating and communicating with clients and project personnel
• Experience contributing to tenders and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement the scheduled program of work
• Effective adherence to legislation and standards for performance, quality, cost and safety
