Founded in 2020, Axial Constructions has established itself as a leading infrastructure and residential construction company across capital and regional areas in Australia.We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Bringelly Office and your allocated project site.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project through the delivery of duties that deliver effective project outcomes.As the Contract Administrator you will;Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycleSupport project procurement through Tender activitiesManage all contract documentation for the projectAnalyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as requiredAttend site to assess and verify progress claimsManage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomesAs the ideal applicant you will be:Qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experienceMust have experience in Residential and Educational Institute constructionAdditional experience in multicultural community projects will be beneficialHigh developed interpersonal and relationship management skillsProven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants and external third partiesHow to applyTo apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
