This role is very important and essential to the team's ongoing success, as this role plays the first point of contact for our clients and is essentially the 'face of the business'.
This role is suitable for someone who has experience working in a professional office, takes pride in their work, and is eager to provide a high level of client service.As the 'director of first impressions', our receptionist's responsibilities include:Greeting clients and visitors at receptionPreparing and serving refreshmentsManaging incoming calls and client queriesMaintaining our reception area and meeting rooms to a professional standardCompleting administrative tasks such as handling mail, stationery orders, and preparing professional documentsThis role also supports our accounting team with administrative tasks.
Working closely with our team administrator, the successful candidate will utilize their time management and accuracy skills to deliver various administrative services.
Located at the entrance of our office, the receptionist will work independently, managing their tasks efficiently.
The candidate should take pride in their professional appearance, wearing the supplied Ulton uniform, and have a friendly, helpful communication style with an eye for detail to keep our front-of-house areas immaculate.This is a full-time role operating from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will enjoy work/life balance, including a monthly rostered day off.
