We are seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to assist the Office Manager and Director with general administrative, customer service and reception duties for a full time position for a temporary period, due to employee maternity leave.

Working hours will be 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Selection Criteria
- Great verbal and written communication
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience essential
- Administration/Reception experience desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone manner
- Great initiative and attention to detail and work ethic
- Confidence performing general administration and reception duties
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously as required

Job specific training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Fixed term

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warners Bay, NSW 2282: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
