Craig Abell Smash Repairs is a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and professional environment. We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanour
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous experience within smash repair industry a bonus
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
- Receptionist: 4 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
