Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our financial operations, focusing on accounts receivable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Operations: Prepare and dispatch invoices accurately and promptly; Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collections; Process and allocate customer remittances (EFTs, direct debits, BPAYs).
Financial Management
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash allocations.
  • Accounts Payable Transactions: Manage accounts payable transactions, including verification and payments.
  • Customer Information: Maintain customer information and pricing data in our system.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience with accounts receivable, data entry, or customer service; Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes; Accurate data entry and record keeping; Clear communication skills; Basic analytical skills for routine issue resolution; Strong attention to detail.
