YOUR NEW ROLERoleOur client is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Consultant to join their Queensland team.
Reporting to the QLD Operations and Sales Manager and working alongside a high-performing, creatively focused team, you'll take ownership of sales activities, lead generation, networking, and client relationship management.
In this dynamic role, you will:Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territoryPresent and sell innovative products and tailored design solutions that inspire clientsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targetsBuild and nurture strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customersDeliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journeyABOUT YOUSkillsAs an experienced Sales Consultant, you thrive in a consultative sales environment and have a passion for building strong, lasting relationships.
With a keen eye for design, you enjoy transforming client visions into inspiring, tailored solutions.
A true team player, you excel at building rapport both internally and externally.
You also bring the following skills and attributes:Proven success in a Sales Consultant role, ideally within the design or creative industriesA creative mindset with a genuine passion for design, plantscaping, or biophilic designHorticultural experience is highly regardedStrong consultative selling ability, with experience translating client needs into beautiful, functional design solutionsConsistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIsYou're driven by challenge, motivated by results, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
