  • Demonstrate proven success in sales roles, preferably in the design or creative industries
  • Bring a creative mindset and a passion for design, plantscaping, or biophilic design to deliver exceptional results
  • Horticultural experience is highly valued and can be an asset in this role
  • Display strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional design solutions
