Reporting to the QLD Operations and Sales Manager and working alongside a high-performing, creatively focused team, you'll take ownership of sales activities, lead generation, networking, and client relationship management.
In this dynamic role, you will: Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory Present and sell innovative products and tailored design solutions that inspire clients Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales journey ABOUT YOUSkills As an experienced Sales Consultant, you thrive in a consultative sales environment and have a passion for building strong, lasting relationships.

You also bring the following skills and attributes: Proven success in a Sales Consultant role, ideally within the design or creative industries A creative mindset with a genuine passion for design, plantscaping, or biophilic design Horticultural experience is highly regarded Strong consultative selling ability, with experience translating client needs into beautiful, functional design solutions Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs You're driven by challenge, motivated by results, and enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
