Overview
As Contract Manager, you'll be the point of accountability for the contract's management and performance. Working in the office with a small team, you'll oversee execution, ensure obligations are met, risks are managed, and reporting requirements are delivered. Working closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and client representatives, you'll provide both strategic and operational oversight to make sure the program runs smoothly and delivers value.
Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all terms.
Act as the primary client contact for contractual and delivery matters.
Monitor performance against KPIs and provide accurate reporting.
Oversee delivery schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
Identify and mitigate risks while supporting cross-functional teams.
Uphold strong governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
About You
Proven experience managing contracts in large-scale projects/programs.
Strong background in project/program delivery.
Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
Tertiary qualifications in project management (or similar) are highly regarded.
Able to work both strategically and hands-on as delivery demands.
