**Contract Management Opportunity**
We are seeking a commercially savvy professional to manage all aspects of contract management across two major infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast.
This is an excellent opportunity to work locally, without the need to commute to Sydney or relocate. You will be part of a hands-on commercial team, responsible for drafting and managing contract notices, interpreting contracts, and preparing timely, accurate, and compliant correspondence that supports project success.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to negotiate subcontracts, manage head contracts, and subcontract contracts end-to-end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims, and commercial strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and managing contract notices.
- Interpreting contracts and identifying key triggers.
- Preparing timely, accurate, and compliant correspondence.
- Negotiating subcontracts.
- Managing head contracts and subcontract contracts.
**Requirements**
- Solid understanding of contracts and commercial principles.
- Sharp drafting skills, particularly for notices and contractual correspondence.
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset and ability to manage complexity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
