**Description**:
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated sales professional to help us deliver profitable and sustainable growth across our platform of brands in the Grocery and Pharmacy channels.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Support Business Manager - Grocery (BMG) & Head of Sales - Key Accounts (HOS), to deliver specified sets of objectives aligned to Customer & business plans
Deliver sales & trade spend budgets & targets for a specified portfolio of Key Accounts
Support execution & maintenance of field team CRM tools
Refresh & own key reporting documents / tools within the team
Work with BMG & HOS to deliver cycle resources for field teams
Drive relationships with relevant Customer CM Assistants & Operations Teams
Liaise with CS on customer led pricing to be loaded in Accredo
Master Data Maintenance
Help prepare customer presentations for Category reveiws/Field Team sales stories/ JPB Presentation templates
Co-ordinate Mailer Artwork, Ecomm Artwork and Display Artwork and collateral for Chemist Warehouse/Bargain Chemist/GCH/Rx Wholesalers
Involvement in projects as required
Key relationships with Head of Sales, Business/Field Sales/Customer Service and Brand Managers
Attend relevant internal business meetings
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Tertiary Qualified Business Related Degree
Previous experience in HO based FMCG sales / marketing role
Adaptable, resilient, fast learner
Strong communication skills & confidence to relate with other people of different abilities and experience levels both internally & externally
Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a wider team
Strong systems skills - MS Office (IRI & Quantium advantageous)
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Desire for career in FMCG sales
Passion for Health Care
