**The Adviser Re-entry will**:

- Provide support and advice to the Principal Adviser Re-entry Services to effectively manage and support the delivery of efficient and effective re-entry services.
- Support correctional centres, community corrections and external service providers to promote continuous program innovation and improvement.
- Provide timely reports to the Principal Adviser Re-entry Services, advising of the performance of the service providers and the achievement of their targets and conduct audits of service delivery to ensure alignment with contract specifications.
- Maintain minutes/records, registers and spreadsheets regarding contract and performance data and meetings/review processes when required.
- Act as a primary contact point for and maintain regular communication with service providers with an emphasis on providing feedback regarding outcome achievements and compliance with service delivery requirements.
- Perform other relevant duties as required and directed by the Principal Adviser.
- Liaise with external service providers to ensure accurate data is entered into required data systems.
- Review and audit data and outcomes to ensure that activities being undertaken by the service providers and the performance of the provided service does comply with the contract specifications.
- Contribute to service provider performance reports through data in the systems to monitor the outcomes of the services and provide timely progress reports to the Principal Adviser.
- Assist service providers to ensure accurate data is reported to QCS.
- Maintain own current knowledge of legislation, policy and procedures in relation to re-entry service delivery.
- Provide timely advice to key stakeholders relating to service delivery developments.
- Service providers kept advised of their outcome achievements and compliance with contract specification targets.
