Your opportunity
As Portfolio Administration Manager, you will provide outstanding and consistent support to assets across a portfolio of premium office assets in Sydney CBD. You will manage key stakeholder relationships effectively, providing a consistent service offering, delivering exceptionally memorable and rewarding experiences to our customers.
**In this role you will**:
Build collaborative relationships with asset teams, ensuring a consistent service and excellent customer experience.
Achieve 100% accuracy in Tenancy Schedules and perform monthly rent up and invoicing.
Complete lease outgoing adjustments, rent reviews, and conduct lease audits in compliance with lease requirements and legislation.
Manage daily receipting, assist with debt collection, and support month-end financial procedures.
Drive administrative efficiency, adhere to reporting deadlines, and contribute to divisional initiatives and strategy implementation.
