Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our national property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions, lease administration, financials, and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end property transactions including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and negotiations.
  • Oversee lease administration, financial management, and reporting processes.
  • Lead a team across leasing, lease administration, accounts payable, and compliance functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure service delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights through portfolio analysis and regular performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and support long-term planning.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing legislation, internal controls, and vendor management standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate real estate or property management.
  • Strong understanding of leasing practices, lease administration, financial processes, and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in lease management and accounting software.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualification in commercial property or a related field.
  • Current NSW Real Estate Certificate.
