Our National Work and Road (W+R) Practice Group is on the lookout for bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join our Sydney West W+R team.Ideally, we are seeking an experienced lawyer with personal injury experience particularly in the workers compensation or motor vehicle accident space.This role is as a rare opportunity for a proactive, passionate and results driven lawyer who specialises in Personal Injury law to work with one of our firm's most experienced and respected practice groups, which will see you managing your own files and support team.In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters within a dynamic practice group, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.Your responsibilities will include:Day to day management of a file loadProviding clear, practical and concise legal and commercial adviceProviding a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matterIdentifying practical and innovative solutions for clientsContinually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new businessForging and building strong client relationshipsWhat will you bring?
Our successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:Ideally minimum of 2+ years Post Admission ExperiencePrevious experience and a passion for Personal Injury lawOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionatelyExperience in running files end to endDemonstrated skills in effective network and relationship managementAbility to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly What next?
