Lawyer - Senior Associate | Workers Compensation | Sydney West at Slater and Gordon Lawyers. What we look for is a proactive, passionate and results-driven lawyer who specialises in Personal Injury law, particularly workers compensation or motor vehicle accident experience, to join our Sydney West Work and Road team.
Responsibilities
Day to day management of a file load
Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
Provide a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
Identify practical and innovative solutions for clients
Continually explore new opportunities for your practice and develop new business
Forge and build strong client relationships
What you will bring
Ideally minimum of 2+ years Post Admission Experience
Previous experience and a passion for Personal Injury law
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
Experience in running files end to end
Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems quickly
