Job Title: Sydney Workers Compensation Lawyer

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled workers compensation lawyer to join our office on a part-time, 12-month contract. The role offers flexibility and the potential to extend into a permanent position.


  • Manage a portfolio of plaintiff workers compensation matters in NSW with autonomy and team support.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers, paralegals, and colleagues in a supportive environment.
  • Deliver strong client outcomes through effective file management and ethical practice.

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in NSW workers compensation law.
  • Solid knowledge of IRO guidelines and experience managing IRO-funded matters.
  • A genuine interest in plaintiff work with a client-first approach.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage files independently while contributing to team success.
