**We are seeking someone who**:

- Has exceptional Client Engagement Skills
- Is always in the top Ten Percent in the room
- Exemplary communication skills both verbal and written
- Has a "no fear" attitude when it comes to picking up a phone
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
- Is self-motivated and outcome focused because the rest is just white noise.
