About the Role
Support the effective operation of the administration service by being responsive to changes in rostering and quickly adapting to workplace team dynamics.
- Contribute to the provision of effective customer services by fostering team building and maintaining cooperative relationships, participating in change and contributing to quality improvement activities.
- Ensure provision of information is disseminated in a discreet and confidential manner when carrying out day to day functions.
- Maintain clinical information systems by ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Contribute to the maintenance of an effective records management system by ensuring patient information is captured and recorded in line with current processes.
