- **Switchboard Foreman **to complement and lead our growing Switchboard team.
- This position will be responsible for managing and delivering all works assigned within the Switchboard Manufacturing area, including switchboard/switchroom estimation, manufacture, testing, commissioning, and may include drafting and design.-
- Execute Project deliverables as outlined by the Scope of Works, Client Contracts and other relevant project guidelines as applicable.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage labour requirements to effectively execute project deliverables.
- Forecasting and ordering of materials against project logistics and timeframes.
- Act as first point of contact for client queries and clarifications
- To be able to direct the work crews independently.
- Thoroughly understand and implement quality control techniques.
- To understand that work may be required at more than one site, and travel will be required.
- Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) reporting and accountability structure as required.
- Contribute to project estimating in a timely manner with attention to client specifications and CE Group practices
- Provide technical design and support
- Manage and document change of scope and variations to in hand projects
- Liaise, develop and maintain key Client and Stakeholder relationships
- Convert and interpret electrical drawings to utilised electrical products accurately
- Leading the Switchboard/Switchroom manufacturing team, including participation in regular team meetings, performance development and resource acquisition.

**Experience**:

- Specialist experience in LV Switchboards/Switchrooms including MCC, MSB and DBs
- Switchboard Manufacture, testing & commissioning, design & drafting
- Experienced in Switchboards/Switchrooms for the Mining, Food, Water & Network distribution industries.
- Ability to interpret single line diagrams and schematics.
- Expert knowledge of Australian switchboard standards and electrical standards including AS61439.
- A strong technical background ideally in switchboard manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, coupled with effective trouble shooting skills.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Electrical Trade qualification
- Post Trade Qualification and/or relevant experience
- Current CPR/LVR certificate
- Current First Aid certificate
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)
- Current Australian Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- To be able to work autonomously.
- To have a good understanding of administration / training abilities and leadership qualities.
- To understand and be able to implement the CE Group HSEQM Policies, Procedures and Standards.
