BASScare is a NFP which operates an integrated program of services including meals-on-wheels, residential care facilities, respite care, dementia specific services, retirement living, as well as planned activity groups at day centres, for older people who wish to remain active and engaged with their local communities.

Morgan Glen Iris is seeking passionate and skilled **Direct Support Workers** to join our team.

**About the role and team**
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to residents, including assistance with showering, dressing, and medication prompting.
- Undertake apartment cleaning, laundry tasks, and lifestyle companionship.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Support residents' independence, safety, and participation in village life.

**About you**
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) and completion of CHCCS303A: Provide Physical Assistance with Medication or willingness to complete BASScare's competency assessment.
- Experience in a care team, preferably in aged care or retirement living.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of OH&S, infection control, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain.

**Shifts on offer**
- Permanent Part-time
- Wednesday, and Thursday; 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM
