We are searching for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy Subiaco restaurant. You will lead, coach and train a team of hospitality professionals with a focus on outstanding customer service and ensuring a great experience every time.

You will be supported by a capable and experienced front of house team, an exceptionally talented and stable group in the kitchen and a dedicated ownership group who will work with you to advance your career progression.

To be successful as a restaurant manager, you should have a passion for customer service, great people skills and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced restaurant environment. A love of steak also goes a long way

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, stock control and management of the FoH and BoH teams.
  • Delivering exceptional service to our fantastic customers.
  • Rostering, training and supervision of restaurant staff.
  • Maintaining safe, hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness in line with food safety standards.
  • Ability to communicate between floor and kitchen staff to ensure high levels of team performance.
  • Ordering, receiving and accounting for supplies and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the owners in assessing performance, marketing and promotional activities and overall management of the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven hospitality management experience (minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a Restaurant/ Venue Manager).
  • Someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service and is good with people.
  • A hands on and proactive management style. You will be the leader of a person team and the key liaison with the ownership group.
  • Familiarity with food safety, liquor licensing and other relevant hospitality regulations.
  • Required Qualifications: Approved Manager, RSA, Food Safety Supervisors Certificate.
  • Unrestricted right to work full time in Australia required.
