The 5 star hotel at Sydney Airport brings contemporary style and functional design with a smart open layout and 229 rooms and suites. The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.

Our Executive Chef Leigh is currently in the hunt for a passionate **Full-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager** to oversee our teams in providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Support revenue initiatives and maintain cost control and provide 'Total Customer Satisfaction'
- Familiarize with VIP and regular guests
- Ensure appropriate training for all F&B service staff to meet operational expectations
- Handle different guest challenges and situations and be part of the first response emergency team.
- Define the organisation of work to be performed by the team members; supervise, co-ordinate and plan their daily activities
- Ensure constant innovation of the F&B product and service
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

**Qualifications**
- Must have previous experience in a similar role (either F&B Sup looking to step-up or F&B DM looking for a change)
- Excellent hands-on approach and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and good grooming standards
- Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Must hold a valid RSA.
- Available to work flexible shifts
- The right to work full-time in Australia - no sponsorship is available for this position
