Come and join the Koorana team in this exciting role as the Service Manager of our Allied Health and Early Intervention Team where you will be responsible for the:

- Leadership and management of the Allied Health and Early Intervention team
- Coordination and ongoing management of the full range of Koorana's allied health and early intervention services.
- Promotion of Koorana services across existing and new areas of service delivery, and the establishment of new programs (where applicable).
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant will be an exceptional people-focused leader who can promote Koorana and our services, guide and manage area services through close engagement with team leaders and teams, support growth within the NDIS, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth.

Services are delivered using a strengths-based approach and will value the vital role the family plays in their child's life. All Koorana programs are designed to ensure that families are well informed, have choices and are supported in their decisions.

Reporting to the CEO and being a part of the Senior Leadership Team, the role will be responsible for:

- Ensuring quality allied health and early intervention services are provided, including administration and record keeping.
- Management of the overall budget for the portfolio and working closely with the Team Leader in implementation and monitoring of the budget.
- Identify opportunities for service growth and establish new services in collaboration with the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Compliance with all practice-related regulations, contractual obligations and legal obligations.
- Ensure thorough and robust risk management strategies are effectively implemented in all services, including oversight and implementation of operational procedures in alignment with Koorana's risk management framework, COVID safety and compliance with all regulations
- Ensure practice alignment with the National ChildSafe Standards through review, coaching and implementation of child safe practices
- Contributing to and leading a positive organisational culture including leading from the front to champion organisational initiatives and Koorana's values of self-determination, access and equity, respect, collaboration, sustainability, ethics and integrity

**About you**:

- Ability to work in alignment with our values - self determination, access and equity, collaboration, respect, ethics and integrity, sustainability
- Experience in management of early education, intervention, therapy and/or support services, utilising transdisciplinary key worker practices, family centred models, and strengths-based approaches
- A comprehensive understanding of child development, disability and developmental delay across early childhood and school aged years, evidence based practice, and parenting issues
- Extensive experience in leading, managing and supporting staff in teams (including transdisciplinary teams)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, and to lead and manage services within a broader organisational framework and management structure
- Proven ability to develop, foster and manage relationships with a range of organisations
