Leadership Opportunity in Allied Health Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Team Leader to lead a dynamic team in delivering goal-centred customer plans.

This role involves coaching allied health staff, acquiring and retaining customers through partnership and networking, and promoting our services to achieve high performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading an allied health team, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to think creatively and adapt to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead allied health staff to deliver customer plans and monitor progress.
  • Acquire and retain customers through partnership and networking.
  • Promote our services to achieve high performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and coach employees to achieve high performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential Criteria:

  • Allyled Health qualification (Psychology, Social work, Counselling, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology).
  • Minimum 2 years - clinical experience.
  • Experience in leading a team and delivering Person Centred Multidisciplinary Services.
  • Ability to analyse and act on employee and performance data.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Advanced organisational skills with high level attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills with a proven ability to manage conflict.
  • Knowledge of National Disability Insurance Scheme.
  • Working with children check (or willing to obtain one).
    NDS Worker Screen (or willing to obtain one).
    Current driver's license.
