We're hiring a Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) to design and deliver scalable, future-ready solutions across Australia — including Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney. What You'll Be Doing
Architect and implement robust, scalable Pega applications
Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and fellow architects to shape smart solutions
Enhance UX with modern Pega Portal and Web Embed integrations
Troubleshoot technical challenges with speed and precision
Champion Pega guardrails and development best practices
Build responsive, accessible apps across web, tablet, and mobile
Lead performance tuning, code reviews, and technical deep dives
Produce clear, concise documentation and solution artifacts
Juggle priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
What You Bring
CSSA Certification (required)
Experience in customer-facing technical delivery roles
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Strategic mindset with a sharp focus on business value
Bonus Points For
Experience with DCO for business requirements gathering
Exposure to Pega Constellation and modern UI frameworks
Familiarity with Pega Release Management and DevOps best practices
