Care With Quality is a Melbourne-based boutique home and community care provider that services in the North-western and South-eastern regions of Metropolitan Melbourne, that has served our community providing personalised care services for over 25 years. **About our roles**

We're looking for caring, friendly and compassionate people that want to make a difference in the lives of others. We have multiple roles available for Personal Care Workers and Disability Support Workers, working with NDIS and Home Care clients. Our clients need support in a range of activities, such as personal care, domestic care, respite care, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments and events, community access and after school support.

We focus on supporting you to develop strong connections with your clients to ensure they receive the support they need to continue living the life they choose at home and in their local community.

We provide services across many locations throughout the Northwest region we have work available in _Doncaster, Box Hill, Bullen _and surrounding areas, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community.

We offer both part time role (with guarantees hours) and casual positions, allowing you the flexibility to work how you choose. Most of our work is during the week, in the mornings and afternoon, with some weekend and after-hours work available as well.

**About you**:
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, customer service focused people who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.
- You Must have a Cert III individual Support or IV in Disability with experience.
- You Must also be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- You Must be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver's license.
- Up to date COVID+Booster & Flu Vaccinations. (mandatory)
- You Must be willing to complete Domestic Assistant Shifts.
