**About the Role**
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a full time Logistics Scheduler to join our Sydney Operations team to give our customers the service they deserve and expect. Reporting to the Sydney Logistics Manager you will be guided and trained through a number of key areas within logistics.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Scheduling vehicle loads.
- Schedule drivers runs accurately.
- Reviewing and consolidating driver's paperwork.
- Conduct and report an accurate daily debrief for all drivers.
- Liaising with drivers throughout the day to ensure they are progressing well, meeting deliver schedule and staying within fatigue limits.
- Liaising with customers and updating order status and enquiries.
- Proven ability to achieve delivery KPI's.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within the transport industry essential.
- Have an excellent knowledge in the geographical layout of Sydney and Surrounding Areas.
- Prior experience in a transport scheduling/coordinator role preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of load configurations, weights, allocation preferred.
- High level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word essential.
- Pronto and ignition system knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Extensive Knowledge of Safety and Compliance essential.
