**Description**:
The role will be part of our talent acquisition team, providing administrative support to a small but dynamic team, helping to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process across key business units.
This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, ideally for someone seeking flexibility—whether that's working three full days or four shorter ones. It could be a great fit for someone balancing work with childcare or other commitments.
**What the role involves**:
Recording expenditure, approving payments and registering these into our system
Updating recruitment tracker metrics ensuring we provide a great service to our key stakeholders
Update details on all new requisitions raised and shared with appropriate stakeholders
General administrative duties as and where required
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful you will have**:
Previous experience in an administration role
High attention to detail with great communication abilities (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritise and organise workload and a willingness to help
Ability to work within a friendly team and approach the day with a smile
**Experience with Google Platform**: Google Docs, Google Drive and Gmail and ELMO would be an advantage or the ability to learn quickly
